电力市场下含风电场的无功优化控制策略

摘要: 在电力市场环境下,给无功功率制定一个合适的价格,有利于调动发电厂商参与系统电压调节的积极性。首先提出一种电力市场环境下的无功定价方法,该方法结合发电机自身的P-Q曲线,同时考虑发电机发出无功功率时的损耗成本和机会成本,为无功功率制定价格。然后,针对永磁直驱风电机组构成的风电场,提出一种以系统内有功网损、负荷节点电压偏差以及无功功率购买费用最小为目标函数的无功优化策略,该策略能够有效地降低系统运行成本,提升系统电压稳定性,同时保证发电厂商和电网双方的经济利益。最后,以IEEE-14号节点系统为例,在GAMS仿真软件中建立相应的仿真模型,利用软件里混合整数非线性规划(MINLP)的求解器对所提优化问题进行求解。仿真结果验证了所提优化模型的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: In the power market, setting an appropriate price for reactive power is conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm of power producers to participate in system voltage regulation. Firstly, this paper proposes a reactive power pricing method under the environment of power market. This method combines the P-Q curve of the generator itself and considers the Loss cost and opportunity cost when the generator emits reactive power to set the price for reactive power. Then, for the wind farm composed of permanent magnet direct drive wind turbines, a reactive power optimization strategy with the objective function of minimizing the active power network loss, load node voltage deviation and reactive power purchase cost in the system is proposed. This strategy can effectively reduce the system operation cost, improve the system voltage stability, and ensure the economic interests of both power producers and power grid. Finally, taking IEEE-14 bus system as an example, the corresponding simulation model is established in GAMS simulation software, and the mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) solver in the software is used to solve the proposed optimization problem. The simulation results verify the rationality and effectiveness of the optimization model proposed in this paper.
