一种变压器低压引线的磁路分析与损耗验算

摘要: 当前大容量配电变压器和新能源变压器得到广泛应用,这种变压器所用的低压引线需要占据较大的油箱空间。一种新型的低压引线结构能够有效降低油箱尺寸,已得到试点应用。研究新型引线结构的夹件磁路,发现虽然夹件的整体磁动势为零,但是夹件的局部存在磁通变化。通过电磁仿真软件验算,结果表明低压上夹件的局部存在较高的磁感应强度,且夹件损耗明显增加。说明新型引线结构存在缺陷,有局部过热风险。测量实际案例的负载损耗变化,验证仿真结果的准确性。

Abstract: At present, large-capacity distribution transformers and new energy transformers are widely used, the low-voltage lead wire used in this transformer need to occupy a larger fuel tank space. A new type of low voltage lead wire structure can effectively reduce the size of fuel tank and has been applied in pilot. After studying the magnetic circuit of the clamp with the new lead structure, it is found that although the overall magnetic motive force of the clamp is zero, there are local magnetic flux changes of the clamp. The results show that the local magnetic induction intensity of the low voltage clamp is higher and the loss of the clamp is increased obviously. It shows that the new lead wire structure has defects and local overheating risk. The load loss of the actual case is measured to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.
