基于RTDS建模的分布式光伏对配电网影响研究

摘要: 随着分布式光伏的大规模推进,需要研究分布式光伏接入配电网后对电压、电流和继电保护带来的影响。首先,根据分布式光伏和配电网的典型结构,基于RTDS建立分布式光伏接入配电网的仿真模型。其次,仿真分析在不同的光伏渗透率、故障类型和故障位置下分布式光伏对配电网电压和电流的影响。然后,研究电网故障状态下分布式光伏对配电网继电保护的影响。仿真结果表明,分布式光伏接入配电网后使电压增大、系统提供的电流减小,分布式光伏渗透率较大时可能使过流保护拒动以及重合闸失败,因此需要重新整定保护定值。

Abstract: With the large-scale promotion of distributed photovoltaic, it is necessary to study the impact of distributed photovoltaic access to distribution network on voltage, current and relay protection. Firstly, according to the typical structure of distributed photovoltaic and distribution network, the simulation model of distributed photovoltaic access to distribution network is established based on RTDS. Secondly, the influence of distributed photovoltaic on distribution network voltage and current under different photovoltaic permeability, fault type and fault location is simulated and analyzed. Then, the influence of distributed photovoltaic on distribution network relay protection under power grid fault state is studied. The simulation results show that after the distributed photovoltaic is connected to the distribution network, the voltage increases and the current provided by the system decreases. When the distributed photovoltaic permeability is large, the overcurrent protection may refuse to operate and the reclosing may fail. Therefore, the protection setting needs to be reset.
