变电站二次电缆绝缘缺陷原因分析与治理措施研究

摘要: 二次电缆是连接一次设备和二次设备的关键桥梁,其绝缘会影响二次设备动作的可靠性。通过实地取样解剖事故电缆,发现二次电缆绝缘缺陷原因是电缆头破损、潮气入侵、材料与结构缺陷和运检管理缺陷,并给出技术解决方案。

关键词: 二次电缆, 继电保护装置, 动作可靠性, 绝缘缺陷

Abstract: The secondary cable is the important bridge connecting the primary equipment and the secondary equipment,and the insulation reliability will affect the operation reliability of the secondary equipment. Trough field sampling and dissecting the accident cable,it is found that the causes of insulation defects of secondary cable are cable head damage, moisture intrusion,meterial and structure defects and operation inspection management defects, and the technical solution is given.
