城中心区输电网网架结构比选指标研究与应用

Research and Application of Grid Structure Comparison Index of Transmission Network in Urban Central Area

摘要: 建立涵盖大规模清洁能源消纳、电网综合风险和总成本的城中心区输电网网架结构比选指标,给出比选流程和某城中心区500 kV HG站网架结构的比选结果。算例结果表明,该评估方法和指标可以很好地适应各种约束条件的限制,易于获得输入参数,实施过程简单易行。该指标考虑了正常运行和严重故障两种工况,同时考虑了经济性,能够有效覆盖决策者关心的主要问题。

Abstract: This paper establishes the index of transmission network structure selection, which covers the large-scale clean energy consumption, the comprehensive risk and the total cost of the power network, and presents the selection process and the results of 500 kV HG station network structure selection in the city center. The results show that the evaluation method and index can adapt to all kinds of constraints, and the input parameters can be easily obtained. This index considers both normal operation and serious failure, and also economy, which can effectively cover the main issues of concern to decision-makers.
