乙酸对2Cr12MoV钢在初凝水中腐蚀的影响

Effect of Acetic Acid on Corrosion Behavior of 2Cr12MoV Steel in Early Condensates

摘要: 针对汽轮机低压缸相变区腐蚀问题,通过失重法、SEM表面形貌分析法、拉曼光谱分析法和动电位极化测试等方法研究了乙酸(HAc)对2Cr12MoV钢在初凝水中腐蚀的影响,以揭示乙酸对汽轮机低压缸腐蚀的影响。实验结果表明,2Cr12MoV钢在HAc溶液中的腐蚀机理为缓冲作用机理,乙酸不直接参与阴极还原反应,而通过电离不断提供H+加速阴极反应。2Cr12MoV钢腐蚀速度随乙酸质量浓度增大而加快,2Cr12MoV钢在100 mg/L HAc初凝水溶液中的腐蚀速度在浸泡初期快速降低,120 h之后稳定在0.012 mm/a左右。

Abstract: Aiming at the corrosion problem in the phase change zone of low pressure cylinder of steam turbine, the effect of acetic acid (HAC) on the corrosion of 2Cr12MoV steel in primary setting water is studied by means of weight loss,SEM surface topography analysis, raman spectroscopy analysis and potentiodynamic polarization test, to reveal the effect of acetic acid on the corrosion of low pressure cylinder of steam turbine. The experimental results show that the corrosion mechanism of 2Cr12MoV steel in HAC solution is a buffering mechanism, acetic acid does not directly participate in the cathodic reduction reaction, but continuously provides H+ to accelerate cathodic reaction by ionization.The corrosion rate of 2Cr12MoV steel increases with the increase of acetic acid concentration,the corrosion rate of 2Cr12MoV steel in 100 mg/L HAC solution decreases rapidly at the beginning of soaking and it was stable at about 0.012 mm/a after 120 h.
