摘要: 某电站锅炉主蒸汽管道堵板阀阀体与过渡短管焊缝发生泄漏,通过外观检查和金相、硬度、超声试验,查阅制造安装资料,掌握了运行情况,综合分析了堵板阀焊缝泄漏的原因,采取现场分次补焊修理和更换等处理措施确保了锅炉运行安全。

关键词: 锅炉堵板阀, 焊缝泄漏, 缺陷处理

Abstract: The leakage of the welding seam welding the valve body for boiler main stream pipe valve and the transition stub happened in a certain power station. Based on visual inspection ,test of metallography, hardness and ultrasonic,and consulting manufacturing and installation data, the operating conditions are grasped,and the cracking causes of blocking plate welding seam are analyzed comprehensively.The on-site repair welding and replacement measures are taken to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
