摘要: 以海外某电厂双水内冷发电机漏水故障诊断为案例,利用分析漏水水质和漏水形态特征的差异,在不停机的有限现场条件下快速诊断双水内冷发电机转子绕组线圈漏水故障,同时利用停机时机分析了漏水的原因,并提出了处理建议。

Abstract: Taking the leakage fault diagnosis of a double-water internal-cooling generator in an overseas power plant as an example, this paper analyzes the difference of leakage water quality and leakage morphological characteristics. In this paper, the leakage fault of rotor winding of double-water internal-cooling generator is rapidly diagnosed under the limited field condition without shutdown, and the causes of leakage are analyzed by the opportunity of shutdown.
