摘要: 在电力系统与工业应用中,经常遇到长距离485通信的情况,需要敷设较长的通信电缆,工程量大。为解决这一问题,通过对Ⅱ型采集器工作模式的改变,使其具有RS485、载波双向主动数据传输功能,从而构建“RS485—载波—RS485”组网模式,将有线的485通信,转换为220 V电力线载波通信。双向转换装置分为宽带与窄带两种,能适应不同的通信速率,自组网,通信稳定可靠,使用简单,适应性强,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: In the power system and many industrial applications, long-distance 485 communication is often encountered, which requires a long communication cable and a large amount of work. In order to solve this problem, by changing the working mode of type II collector, it has the function of RS485 and carrier two-way active data transmission, so as to build the "RS485—carrier—RS485" networking mode, and convert the wired 485 communication to the 220 V power line carrier communication. Bidirectional conversion device is divided into broadband and narrowband, which can adapt to different communication rates, self-organizing network, stable and reliable communication, simple use, strong adaptability, and has broad application prospects.
