摘要: 分析湖南电网风电送出线路防冻融冰现状和存在的问题,从技术和管理方面提出解决措施,介绍工程应用情况,科学指导湖南电网风电送出线路防冻融冰整体水平的提升,对推动“双碳达标”和“构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统”在湖南的落地具有重要意义。

Abstract: With regard to current situation and existing problems of wind power transmission line in Hunan, this paper provides guidance for freezing prevention and deicing on both technology and management, introduces engineering applications, and guide scientifically the overall level of anti-freezing and melting of wind power transmission lines in Hunan power grid. It is of great significance to guide the overall level of anti-freezing and melting of wind power transmission lines in Hunan power grid in order to promote the implementation of “double carbon”and “building a new power system with new energy as the main body”in Hunan.
