直流充电电能计量现场校验技术研究

摘要: 目前并没有建立起有效的直流电能的量值溯源体系,直流电能无法量传溯源至国家基准,不便于准确计费和结算。为此研究直流充电机电能计量现场校验技术,分析直流电能计量误差,提出科学可行的直流电能计量溯源方案,为确保直流计量的准确性提供重要支撑。实验结果表明,该直流充电电能计量现场校验与误差分析方法可行、有效。

Abstract: At present, there is no effective traceability system for the value of DC electric energy. DC electric energy cannot be measured and traced to the national standard, which is not convenient for accurate billing and settlement. This paper studies the on-site calibration technology of DC charger electric energy measurement, analyzes the error of DC electric energy measurement, and proposes a scientific and feasible DC energy measurement traceability scheme, which provides important support for ensuring the accuracy of DC measurement. The experimental results show that the on-site verification and error analysis method of DC charging electric energy measurement proposed in this paper is feasible and effective.
