锂离子电池组均衡电路设计与仿真

Design and Simulation of Equalization Circuit for Lithium-Ion Battery

摘要: 在储能电站和纯电动汽车等应用场景中,电池单体以串并联的方式集成在电池包内部,电池组在使用的时候会产生相互间不一致的现象,这种不一致会影响电池寿命与续航里程。为此,设计了电池模块内部与模块之间的均衡拓扑电路,并对所设计电路均衡原理进行分析;在Simulink/Simpowersystem系统中搭建了能量转移模型及模块内均衡模型,对均衡拓扑结构进行了仿真。结果表明,所设计的均衡系统能够实现电池能量均衡。

Abstract: In applications such as energy storage plants and pure electric vehicles, cell units are integrated in the battery pack in series and parallel,the battery packs may not be consistent with each other when in use, and this inconsistency can affect battery life and range. Aiming at this phenomenon, the paper designs the balanced topology circuit between the module and the module, analyzes the balanced principle of the designed circuit,builds the energy transfer model and the module internal balanced model in the Simulink/Simpowersystem, and simulates the equilibrium topology.The results show that the designed equalization system can realize the energy equalization of the battery.
