摘要: 针对水轮发电机组蠕动现象,设计了一套基于磁条编码器的蠕动监测装置。监测装置通过编码器感应磁条发出的脉冲信号,PLC控制器采集此脉冲信号后进行PLC程序处理和逻辑判断,可高性价比、高精度、高可靠性地实现水轮发电机组的蠕动信号监测。同时设计了机组蠕动发生后的保护程序,确保机组的安全稳定运行。

Abstract: Based on the creeping phenomenon of hydraulic turbine generator set, this paper designs a set of creep monitoring device based on magnetic stripe encoder,which can sense the magnetic stripe through the encoder and send out pulse signals.After the PLC controller collects this pulse signal, it carries out PLC program processing and logic judgment.It can realize the creep signal monitoring of water turbine generator set with high cost performance, high precision and high reliability.At the same time, the protection program after unit creep is designed,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
