摘要: 为了全方位评价工业负荷参与电网调控的性能,构建工业负荷参与电网调控的综合评价指标体系,包含潜力评估、经济效果评估与控制效果评估三方面;提出主客观相结合的评价指标计算方法,可以合理地计算指标组合权重;将评价体系应用于三类典型工业负荷中,并验证评价指标与所提分析方法的有效性。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the performance of industrial load participating in power grid regulation, a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed, which includes three aspects: potential evaluation, economic evaluation and control effect evaluation. The evaluation index calculation method combining subjective and objective is put forward, which can reasonably calculate the index combination weight. The evaluation system is applied to three kinds of typical industrial loads, and the validity of the evaluation index and the proposed analysis method is verified.
