电容型电流互感器末屏介损测量分析

摘要: 末屏介损试验对电容型电流互感器受潮缺陷的检测具有重要意义。DL/T 393—2021《输变电设备状态检修试验规程》规定电流互感器末屏绝缘电阻不能满足要求(小于1 000 MΩ)时,应测量末屏对地介损,以进一步判断其绝缘状况。从电容型电流互感器结构原理、介损测试原理的角度出发,借助等值电路,结合实际试验案例,进行了电流互感器在一次绕组悬空、一次绕组接地、一次绕组短接接高压屏蔽三种方式下的末屏介损测量分析,结果表明一次绕组短接接高压屏蔽方式下的测量结果最准确。

Abstract: The dielectric loss test of the end screen is of great significance for the detection of moisture defects in capacitive current transformers. The regulations stipulate that when the insulation resistance of the end screen of the current transformer cannot meet the requirements (less than 1 000 MΩ), the dielectric loss of the end screen to the ground should be measured to further judge its insulation status. In this paper, from the aspect of structure and dielectric loss test principle of capacitive current transformer, with the help of equivalent circuit, combined with actual test cases, the dielectric loss of current transformer is analyzed when the primary winding is suspended, the primary winding is grounded, and the primary winding is short-circuited and connected to the high-voltage shield. The dielectric loss measurement of the end shield in the three methods shows that the measurement results in the method of short-circuiting the primary winding to the high-voltage shielding method are the most accurate.
