摘要: 电力变压器在运行过程中会产生噪声,安装减振装置是控制噪声的有效手段之一,针对现有电力变压器减振装置阻尼不可调的缺点,设计一款新型磁流变脂减振器。首先分析变压器振动噪声产生机理和磁流变脂力学特性,论证了减振的可行性。然后设计减振器的结构并进行磁场仿真,结果显示所设计的电磁场可以满足磁流变脂的调控需求,改变线圈电流可调整减振器阻尼大小。最后设计自适应模糊PID控制算法,根据加速度传感器采集到的振动信号调整输出电流,以获得更好的减振效果。仿真结果表明,该算法超调量低、鲁棒性好,为电力变压器的噪声控制提供一种可行的变阻尼减振方案。

Abstract: Noise may be generated during the operation of power transformer, and the installation of damping device is one of the effective ways to control the noise. Aiming at the disadvantage of the existing damping device of power transformer, a new type of magnetorheological grease damper is designed. Firstly, the mechanism of transformer vibration noise and the mechanical properties of magnetorheological grease are analyzed, and the feasibility of vibration reduction is demonstrated. Then the structure of the Vibration absorber is designed and the magnetic field simulation is carried out. The results show that the designed electromagnetic field can meet the regulation requirements of magnetorheological grease. The vibration absorber damping can be adjusted by changing the coil current,the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed finally,adjust the output current according to the vibration signal collected by the acceleration sensor to obtain better vibration reduction effect.The simulation results show that the algorithm has low overshoot and good robustness. This paper provides a feasible variable damping scheme for noise control of power transformer.
