摘要: 介绍特高压电网电压波动原理与特高压电网无功控制体系,以华东特高压电网电压波动为研究对象,采用主流的AVC控制优化模型、搭建仿真模拟平台的方法进行分析,并通过应用验证了该策略可有效改善发电厂因特高压电网电压波动受调度机构考核AVC的结果,在工程应用方面为提升电厂AVC合格率、减少调度机构对发电厂AVC考核提供了有效参考。

Abstract: This paper introduces the principle of voltage fluctuation of UHV power grid and the reactive power control system of UHV power grid. Taking the voltage fluctuation of UHV power grid in East China as the research object, the mainstream AVC control optimization model and the method of building simulation platform are used for analysis. It is verified by application that the strategy can effectively improve the results of AVC assessment by dispatching institutions due to voltage fluctuation of UHV power grid. In engineering application, it provides an effective reference for improving the AVC qualification rate of power plants and reducing the AVC assessment of power plants by dispatching institutions.
