基于模糊控制的混合储能平抑风电功率波动

Hybrid Energy Storage Based on Fuzzy Control Stabilizes Wind Power Fluctuations

摘要: 为平抑风电并网功率波动、改善储能出力水平,提出风电并网功率动态分配模型、储能系统出力控制策略、风电耦合混合储能系统动态模型,通过MATLAB/Simulink进行模拟仿真。结果表明,两级滤波联合模糊控制可有效提高功率分配的合理性,功率总体波动程度减小43.82%,从0.227 16 MW减至0.127 61 MW;频率波动均值减小15.03%,由0.090 53 Hz减小至0.076 92Hz,频率极差降低34.59%;有效提高了风电并网稳定性、安全性,一定程度上减少了电池循环次数,有效延长了混合储能系统寿命。

Abstract: To suppress fluctuation in wind power grid-connected power and improve energy storage output level the dynamic distribution model of wind power grid-connected power, the output control strategy of energy storage system, and the dynamic model of wind power coupled hybrid energy storage system are proposed, and the simulation is carried out through Matlab/Simulink. The results show that the two-stage filtering and fuzzy control can effectively improve the rationality of power distribution, the overall fluctuation degree of power decreased by 43.82% from 0.227 16 MW to 0.127 61 MW, the average frequency deviation decreased by 15.03%, from 0.090 53 Hz to 0.076 92 Hz, and the frequency variance decreased by 34.59%, which effectively improves the stability and safety of wind power grid-connection, reduces the number of battery cycles to a certain extent, and effectively prolongs the life of hybrid energy storage system.
