摘要: 为了满足高速发展的电力设备绝缘性能要求,综述国内外关于聚酰亚胺薄膜电气、热与机械特性的研究成果,概述纳米粒子改性技术在聚酰亚胺薄膜导热、隔热、透明度、机械性能、耐腐蚀性能和电气特性等方面的研究成果及工程应用。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of insulation properties of rapidly developing electric power equipment, the research achievements on electrical, thermal and mechanical properties of polyimide films by domestic and foreign researchers are reviewed. The research achievements and engineering applications of nano-particle modification technology on thermal conductivity, thermal insulation, transparency, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and electrical properties of polyimide films are summarized.
