悬索式跨越架承载索规格选取方法

摘要: 目前在悬索式跨越架施工过程中,通常按施工经验选取承载索规格,缺乏理论依据,易造成资源浪费、安全性不足等问题。针对这一问题,提出一种基于MATLAB的悬索式跨越架承载索规格选取方法,根据架空线索运动状态方程,对事故状态下的承载索进行力学特性计算,并基于MATLAB建立承载索安全性分析数学模型。以实际工程为例,采用建立的数学模型计算不同导线落网时跨越架满足安全规程要求的承载索规格临界值,并探讨档距改变对承载索综合安全系数的影响规律。研究结果表明,基于该数学模型计算得到的承载索规格临界值低于传统经验取值,计算结论可为承载索规格选取及跨越施工方案制定提供依据;随着档距增大,承载索综合安全系数呈幂函数曲线降低,该规律可为悬索式跨越架安全设计提供参考。

Abstract: : In the actual construction process of the suspension crossing frame, the specifications of the load-bearing cables are usually selected directly according to the construction experience, which lacks theoretical basis and is easy to cause waste of resources and insufficient safety. A method of selecting the load-bearing cables for the suspension crossing frame based on MATLAB is proposed. According to the motion state equation of the overhead cables, the mechanical properties of the load-bearing cable under the accident state are calculated, and the mathematical model of the safety analysis of the load-bearing cable is established based on MATLAB. Taking the actual project as an example, the established mathematical model is used to calculate the critical value of the load-bearing cables specification that makes the crossing frame meet the requirements of the safety regulations when different wires fall off the grid, and the influence of span change on the comprehensive safety factor of the load-bearing cables is discussed. The research results show that the critical value of the load-bearing cables specification calculated based on the mathematical model is lower than the traditional empirical value, and the calculation conclusion can provide the basis for the selection of the load-bearing cables specification and the formulation of the spanning construction scheme. As the span increases, the comprehensive safety factor of the load-bearing cables decreases in a power function curve, which can provide a reference for the safety design of the suspension crossing frame.
