基于吹灰器敏感性分析的电站锅炉吹灰策略优化

Optimization of Utility Boiler Soot-Blowing Strategy Based on Soot-Blower Sensitivity Analysis

摘要: 以某1 000 MW超超临界燃煤锅炉为研究对象,利用其历史运行数据,通过数据挖掘方法对该锅炉吹灰器敏感性进行了分析。结果表明,各受热面吹灰器敏感性存在不同程度的差异。基于敏感性分析,对各受热面吹灰策略进行了优化,提高了机组的吹灰有效性和经济性。

Abstract: This paper takes a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired boiler as the research object, uses its historical operation data to analyze the sensitivity of the soot blower of the thermal power units based on data mining. The results show that there are different degrees of soot blower sensitivity difference on each heating surface. Based on the sensitivity analysis, the corresponding soot blowing strategies are optimized for different heating surfaces, which is helpful to improve the efficiency and economy of the units.
