基于不完全信息博弈的电能交易商电能交易战略决策方法

摘要: 售电侧市场化是区域电网的发展趋势,合理有效的交易战略对于提高市场交易主体的经济效益至关重要,本文对区域电网市场化运营方式下电能交易商的市场交易战略进行了研究。首先介绍区域电网市场化运营的组织结构及运行模式,基于现行交易方式建立购售电侧的电量电价模型。其次基于营销学中的反向定价法建立电能交易商可行的战略方案,设计单边和双边不完全信息博弈场景下交易商的电能交易战略决策方法,通过具体算例分析验证了本文提出方法的正确性和有效性,为完全开放电力市场中市场交易主体的交易战略制定提供了参考。

Abstract: Electricity sale side marketing is the development trend of regional power grid, a reasonable and effective trading strategy is of great concern for increasing economic benefit of market trading subjects. This paper carries out the research of the energy trading strategy of energy traders in marketing operation pattern of regional power grid. Firstly, the organization structure and operation mode of the regional power grid marketing pattern are introduced, and the electricity quantity price models of both the energy purchase and sale sides are established based on the current transaction mode. Then feasible strategy of energy traders is developed based on the reverse pricing method of marketing theory, and the energy trading strategy decision method of energy trader in unilateral and bilateral incomplete information game scenes is designed. The correctness and validity of the proposed method are verified by specific examples. This paper provides a reference for the development of the trading strategy of market trading subject in the fully open electricity market.
