摘要： 湖南电网面临严重的调峰困难,调峰辅助服务市场的建立是解决该困难的关键手段。介绍湖南调峰辅助服务市场的主要交易规则。结合湖南电网实际情况,建立“火电—抽蓄—储能”多资源协调的、“日前—日内”两阶段优化的调峰辅助服务市场出清机制,设计了一套完整的调峰辅助服务市场系统。根据市场运行情况,分析总结湖南调峰辅助服务市场所取得的成效与经验,并提出后续完善方向。

Abstract: Hunan power grid is facing a serious difficulty of peak regulation, and the establishment of a peak regulation auxiliary service market is a key means to solve this difficulty. This article introduces the main trading rules of the Hunan peak regulation ancillary service market. Combining the actual situation of Hunan power grid, the “thermal power—pumped storage—energy storage” multi-resource coordination, “day ahead—day in” two stage optimization of peak regulation auxiliary service market clearing mechanism is established, and a peak-regulation auxiliary services market system is designed. According to the market operation, the results and experience of Hunan peak regulation auxiliary service market are analyzed and summarized, and the follow-up improvement direction is proposed.
