摘要: 以某弹性圆盘支承式推力轴承的检修更换为例,针对其安装调整中出现的偏差,通过构建结构受力、油膜厚度等关键参数耦合方程,对相关参数变量进行稳健性求解,分析指出在一定范围内,当弹性支承结构的安装调整存在偏差时,推力瓦润滑油膜的偏差量远小于结构安装调整的偏差量,并与支承结构的刚性系数成正比。结合案例,探讨了弹性支承式推力轴承安装调整的基本原则,对各种支承形式推力轴承的安装调整具有参考意义。

Abstract: Taking the replacement of an elastic disk-supported thrust bearing as an example, aimed at the deviation in its installation and adjustment, by constructing the coupling equations of the key parameters, such as structural stress, oil film thickness and so on, the robustness of the relevant parameters is solved.It is pointed out that the deviation of lubricant film of thrust bearing is much less than that of structural adjustment in a certain range and it is proportional to the rigidity coefficient of supporting structure. Based on the above analysis, this paper further discusses the basic principles of installation and adjustment of the elastic bearing type thrust bearing, which has reference significance for the installation and adjustment of the various bearing types thrust bearing.
