高海拔偏远地区农村电网电压质量问题分析

摘要: 云贵高原多为贫困地区,该类地区多为大电网+小水电供电网架,处于配电网的末端,不满足N-1可靠性配置,同时电压不合格问题非常突出。针对云贵高原地区某农村电网电压质量问题展开研究,结合当地电网实际运行情况,对供电线路高低电压问题进行深入探究,分析配电线路电压升高及降落的主要影响因素。基于此,为解决该地区农村电网供电电压质量问题,结合当地电网现状提出了“小微网+储能”的方法,借助Matlab/Simulink仿真软件,建立农村配电网仿真分析模型,进一步复现当地电网电压质量问题,通过仿真分析校核所提解决方案的可行性,为增强当地电网供电能力、提高供电可靠性提供理论支撑。

Abstract: The Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau of China is mostly poor areas, and most of these areas are based on large power grids + small hydropower power supply grids, which are at the end of the distribution network, and does not meet the N-1 reliability configuration, the problem of voltage unqualified is very prominent. In this paper, the voltage quality problem of a rural power grid in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau is studied, and the problem of high and low voltage of power supply lines is explored in depth based on the actual operation of the local power grid, and the main influencing factors of the voltage rise and fall of distribution lines are analyzed. Based on this, in order to solve the problem of power supply voltage quality of rural power grid in this region, this paper proposes a method for establishing a small microgrid + energy storage in combination with the current situation of the local power grid, and with the help of Matlab/Simulink simulation software, a simulation analysis model of rural distribution network is established, which is further verified, and the feasibility of the solution proposed in this paper is verified through simulation analysis, which provides certain theoretical support for enhancing the power supply capacity of the local power grid and improving the reliability of power supply.
