基于变权重的断路器健康状态综合评估方法

摘要: 高压断路器是变电站的关键设备,全面、准确地评估断路器运行状态对保障电网可靠运行意义重大。基于变权重思想,提出一种模糊综合评价的断路器状态评估方法,给出综合状态评估指标,将各指标量进行归一化处理,计算各状态量的变权重系数,进而给出了各指标间的模糊关联关系。考虑了多因素的均衡性,建立了一个反映实际运行需求的断路器综合评估体系。依据专家经验及状态评估导则对断路器状态进行划分,最终给出断路器的综合状态评估结果。最后,江苏地区某变电站断路器的应用实例分析表明,所提综合评估方法具有较高的准确性和适应性。

Abstract: High voltage circuit breaker is the key equipment of substation. It is of great significance to evaluate the operation state of circuit breaker comprehensively and accurately to ensure the reliable operation of power grid. Based on the idea of variable weight, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for circuit breaker state evaluation is presented in this paper. In this paper, the comprehensive state evaluation indexes are given, each index quantity is normalized, the variable weight coefficient of each state quantity is calculated,furthermore the fuzzy correlation between the indexes is given. The balance of multiple factors is considered, and an accurate comprehensive evaluation system of circuit breaker reflecting the actual operation demand is established. Based on expert experience and condition evaluation guidelines, the status of circuit breaker is divided, and finally the comprehensive condition evaluation results of circuit breaker are given. Finally, the practical analysis of a circuit breaker in a substation in Jiangsu Province show that the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper has high accuracy and adaptability.
