配电网电缆绝缘缺陷自动检测技术的应用分析

摘要: 为实现对配电网电缆绝缘缺陷的自动检测,以某10 kV单芯电缆为对象,研究电缆在绝缘缺陷情况下的磁场不均匀特性及电流谐波在金属屏蔽层中的产生原理。通过仿真分析和实验对电缆绝缘缺陷自动检测技术应用的稳定性进行验证,利用基于均值聚类算法的谐波数据自动化分析技术实现对电缆绝缘缺陷的快速检测和定位,初步实现自动化带电绝缘检测,为提升供电稳定性和安全性提供支撑。

Abstract: In order to achieve automatic detection of insulation defects in distribution network cables, a 10kV single-core cable is taken as the target, and the uneven characteristics of magnetic field and the generation principle of current harmonics in the metal shielding layer are studied in the presence of insulation defects of cables, and the stability of the application of automatic detection technology for cable insulation defects is verified through simulation analysis and experiments. The harmonic data automation analysis technology based on the mean clustering algorithm is used to realize rapid detection and location of cable insulation defects, initially realizing the automated charged insulation detection and providing support for improving the stability and safety of power supply.
