Auxiliary Judgment Method of Single Phase Grounding Fault in Distribution Network Based on Distribution Automation System

摘要: 针对配网接地选线装置造价高、选线效率低、选线成功率不高等问题,基于配电自动化主站系统稳态零序量,开发了一种基于零序阻抗比较和历史数据参考的接地故障辅助研判模块。首先,对单相接地故障下10 kV电压等级配电网的电气特征进行详细分析,根据零序阻抗比较的原理得出一种接地选线方法。其次,通过统计历史接地数据,计算配网线路发生接地故障的概率,利用熵权法对历史故障量、重要程度标志量和零序电流等研判依据进行赋权,形成一种依托配电自动化系统的配网单相接地故障辅助研判模块。最后,案例分析表明该模块具有较高的选线准确率。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high cost, low line selection efficiency and low success rate of grounding line selection device in distribution network, based on the steady state zero sequence quantity of distribution automation master station system, a grounding fault auxiliary judgment module based on zero sequence impedance comparison and historical data reference is developed. Firstly, the electrical characteristics of 10 kV distribution network under single phase grounding fault are analyzed in detail, and a grounding line selection method is obtained according to the principle of zero sequence impedance comparison. Secondly, through the statistics of historical grounding data, the probability of grounding fault in distribution network lines is calculated, and the historical fault quantity, important degree mark quantity and zero sequence current are weighted by entropy method, so as to form an auxiliary judgment module of single phase grounding fault in distribution network relying on distribution automation system. Finally, the case analysis shows that this module has high accuracy in line selection.
