面向增量配电网的协同规划方法研究

Research on Collaborative Planning Method for Incremental Distribution Network

摘要: 针对增量配电网投资主体多元化的特征,考虑分布式电源和配网公司的利益,以利益最大化为目标,建立了配电网多主体博弈的规划;采用动态博弈与静态博弈相结合的联合博弈,引入虚拟博弈者“大自然”;使用迭代算法对博弈过程进行求解;同时使用IEEE 33节点配网系统,对设定的博弈场景进行仿真分析并加以验证。

Abstract: The source, network and load structure in power system has undergone profound changes, and the characteristics of source, network and load subject diversity are becoming more and more prominent. The traditional distribution network planning method has been difficult to adapt to the incremental distribution network. Under the background, this paper takes the maximum benefit of distributed power supply and distribution network company as the goal, and establishes the planning model of multi-agent game of distribution network and solves it. By combining dynamic game with static game, virtual“nature”variables are introduced and the algorithm is solved by iterative method. And the distribution network system of IEEE 33 node is used as an example to verify the simulation analysis.
