智慧变电站二次及辅控系统新技术分析

Analysis on New Techniques of Secondary and Auxiliary Control System in Intelligent Substation

摘要: 结合湖南110 kV狮子山智慧变电站试点建设情况,在介绍变电站整体建设架构的基础上,重点分析二次及辅控系统在实现全息感知、自主巡检、远程监控、主动预警与智能决策等功能方面的积极探索与应用。从工程角度提出智慧变电站建设过程中应开展二次及辅控系统厂内联调并阐述了厂内联调应开展的项目。最后就二次及辅控系统新技术如何有效落地提出相关建议。

Abstract: Combined with the experimental construction of Hunan 110 kV Shizishan intelligent substation, the whole structure of the substation is introduced. The exploration and application of the secondary and auxiliary control system in realizing holographic perception, autonomous inspection, remote monitoring, active forewarning and intelligent decision is emphatically analyzed. The necessity and test items of secondary and auxiliary control system joint commissioning test in factory are proposed in the view of engineering. At last, the relevant suggestions in realizing the effective landing of new technology are given.
