摘要: 通过红外测温发现一起110 kV变压器套管将军帽发热故障,介绍故障检查处理过程,并分析故障原因。分析结果表明斜圈弹簧缺失是导致本次故障的直接原因,整改后变压器运行效果良好。最后,针对此类故障的分析与处理提出建议。

Abstract: In this paper, a heating fault of 110 kV transformer bushing is found through infrared temperature measurement. The process of fault inspection and treatment is introduced, and the reason of the heating fault is analyzed. The analysis result shows that the missing of inclined coil spring is the direct cause of this fault, and transformer operates normally after rectification. Finally, suggestions are put forward for analysis and treatment of such faults.
