配电网弧光接地过电压及抑制措施研究

Research on Arc Grounding Overvoltage and Suppression Measures in Distribution Network

摘要: 针对10 kV配电网单相弧光接地产生弧光接地过电压的问题,提出中性点经消弧线圈接地、中性点经电阻接地、故障相投接地电阻三种抑制弧光接地过电压的方法。利用ATP-EMTP软件对配电网弧光接地模型及其抑制措施进行仿真探究,比较三种方案抑制弧光接地过电压效果的优劣。结果表明三种措施均能有效降低弧光接地过电压,其中中性点经消弧线圈接地抑制弧光接地过电压效果较好,且不需要额外设备投入,是城市配电系统较为理想的接地方式。

Abstract: For the problem of overvoltage generated by single-phase arc grounding in 10 kV distribution network, three suppression methods of neutral point grounding via arc extinguishing coil, neutral point grounding via resistance and fault phase throwing grounding resistance are proposed. The arc grounding model under distribution network are built in ATP-EMTP software to simulate the voltage characteristics. The advantages and disadvantages of three methods are compared in view of the suppression effect to the arc grounding overvoltage. The results show that the mentioned three methods can effectively reduce the arc grounding overvoltage. Grounding the neutral point via the arc extinguishing coil is a more ideal method for urban distribution system due to its better effect.
