抗爆型变压器泡沫喷雾灭火系统设计与试验

Design and Test of Explosion-Proof Transformer Foam Spray Fire Extinguishing System

摘要: 针对传统变压器泡沫喷雾灭火系统存在的管网抗爆能力较差、不易调试、灭火剂使用寿命短、易堵塞喷头的问题,提出一种使用远距离喷射喷头的抗爆型变压器泡沫喷雾灭火系统。搭建变压器模拟灭火试验平台,对比采用抗爆型泡沫喷雾管道和采用传统泡沫喷雾管道的灭火性能。试验结果表明该系统灭火高效、经济实用、运维简单。

Abstract: To solve the problems of the traditional transformer foam spray extinguishing system, such as poor explosion-proof ability of pipe network, inconvenient debugging, short service life of fire extinguishing agent, and easy blocking of nozzle, an explosion-proof transformer foam spray extinguishing system using nozzle with long rang is designed. The simulated fire extinguishing test platform is built to compare the fire-extinguishing performance of the explosion-proof foam spray extinguishing system and the traditional foam spray extinguishing system.The test results show that the system is efficient, economical, practical and easy to operate.
