Performance Research and Optimization Strategy of Incineration System Under Waste Classification Background

摘要: 垃圾分类对垃圾热值有明显的提升作用,从而对现有垃圾焚烧发电的技术工艺和装备提出了新要求。对上海某垃圾焚烧发电项目的设计方案和运行情况进行研究,发现由于垃圾分类的实施,垃圾热值与锅炉蒸发量增加的同时炉膛温度也随之升高,导致炉膛结焦现象严重以及烟气中污染物排放浓度增加。改善炉膛结构、增加炉膛受热面、使用烟气再循环工艺,可以有效降低入厂垃圾热值提升带来的不利影响,该方法为垃圾焚烧装备和工艺设计提供有益借鉴。

Abstract: Garbage classification can significantly improve the calorific value of garbage, which puts forward new requirements for the existing technical process and equipment of waste incineration power generation. This paper studies the design scheme and operation of a waste incineration power generation project in Shanghai. The study found that due to the implementation of waste separation, the calorific value of waste and boiler evaporation increased along with the furnace temperature, which led to serious coking in the furnace and an increase in the concentration of pollutant emissions in the flue gas. The paper proposes that improving the furnace structure, increasing the furnace heating surface and using the flue gas recirculation process it can effectively reduce the adverse impact of the increase in calorific value of incoming waste. The methods provide useful reference for waste incineration equipment and process design.
