新能源场站网源协调技术问题研究

摘要: 构建新型电力系统,需解决新能源机组所固有的弱支撑性和低抗扰性对电力系统稳定性造成的影响,提高新能源电站的涉网性能。基于现场涉网试验数据,对新能源电站的电能质量、有功无功控制性能、SVG性能、故障穿越性能以及电网适应性等涉网性能试验结果进行统计分析,指出故障穿越性能及电网适应性测试项目为当前新能源场站网源协调管理工作的薄弱点,同时也应是未来一段时间内的重点工作。对典型的故障穿越及电网适应性问题进行了汇总分析,并从管理层面和技术层面提出相应的对策,为电力系统的转型发展提供支撑。

Abstract: To build a new electric power system, it is necessary to solve the impact of new energy power stations on the stability of power systems, and improve the grid-source coordination performance of new energy sources.Based on the on-site grid-related test data, the test results of power quality, active and reactive power control performance, SVG performance, fault traversal performance and grid adaptability of the new energy power station are statistically analyzed.It is pointed out that the testing project of fault traversal performance and adaptability of power grid is the weak point of the current coordination and management of network sources of new energy field stations, and it should be the key work in the future.The typical problems of fault traversal and network adaptability are summarized and analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the managerial and technical levels to support the transformation and development of power system.
