摘要: 针对当前交直流混联新型电网亟需新的调度控制手段,在静态分区和在线系统辅助决策模型的基础上,提出了一种最优动态分区与最小低电压负荷损失相结合的省地一体化控制策略,分别构建了基于动态分区与切负荷协调优化的省调层级代价控制目标函数、基于断面灵敏度的地调层级低压控制目标函数,阐明了两个控制层级的具体内涵和协调优化决策流程,并结合仿真算例验证所提模型与方法的有效性。

Abstract: At present, the new type of AC-DC hybrid power grid urgently needs new dispatching control methods. Based on the static partitioning and online system auxiliary decision-making model, this paper proposes a control method based on the combination of optimal dynamic partitioning and minimum low-voltage load loss. According to the integrated control strategy, the provincial dispatch cost control objective function based on dynamic partition and load shedding coordinated optimization and the regional dispatch low-voltage control objective function based on section sensitivity are respectively constructed, and the specific connotation of the two control levels and coordinated optimization decision-making are clarified. The validity of the proposed model and method is verified by a simulation example.
