调相机交流母线电压无功双闭环控制策略及母线电容协调控制研究

Double Closed Loop Control Strategy With AC Bus Voltage and Reactive Power and Coordinated Control With Bus Capacitance for Synchronous Condenser

摘要: 针对高压换流站调相机无功补偿过程中出现的功率超调与交流母线电压大幅波动,考虑无功功率扰动的影响,提出一种交流母线电压外环、调相机无功内环的双闭环调相机先进控制方法,该控制方法在保证调相机快速响应交流母线电压波动的同时能够有效抑制无功功率超调。为了进一步抑制无功功率波动导致的高压换流站交流母线电压的大幅波动,通过电容串接吸收电阻的方式,设计一种调相机与交流母线电容无功补偿协调控制策略,提升高压换流站的稳态与动态性能。通过PSCAD软件验证了所提控制方法的正确性与有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the technical problems of power overshoot and AC bus voltage fluctuation in the process of reactive power compensation of high voltage converter station,by considering the influence of reactive power disturbance,an advanced control method of double closed loop condenser with AC bus voltage outer loop and reactive power of synchronous condenser inner loop is designed.The control method can effectively suppress the reactive power overshoot while ensuring the rapid response of the condenser to the AC bus voltage fluctuation.In order to further suppress the large fluctuation of AC bus voltage caused by reactive power fluctuation in high-voltage converter station,a coordinated control strategy of condenser and AC bus capacitor reactive power compensation is designed and implemented by means of capacitor series connection to absorb resistance,which improves the steady-state and dynamic performance of high-voltage converter station.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control method are verified by PSCAD software.
