Research on Frequency Detection Optimization Method Based on Double Input Improved Second Order Generalized Integrator

摘要: 针对复杂电网下分布式电源并网点电压易出现扰动、不平衡等非理想工况,对频率信息的准确检测产生不利影响的问题,利用改进型二阶广义积分器工作原理,提出基于双输入式改进型二阶广义积分原理构造的频率检测器,在频率扰动、电压三相幅值不平衡、直流分量偏移等复杂工况下,实现对频率信息的准确检测。仿真试验结果表明,所提方法在频率扰动、幅值不平衡、直流偏移工况下频率检测值超调量更小,且不会出现检测值振荡的情况,验证了其在频率检测动态性能方面的有效性和准确性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the voltage of the distributed power grid-connected point under complex power grid is prone to disturbance, imbalance and other non-ideal working conditions, which adversely affects the accurate observation of frequency information, the working principle of the improved second-order generalized integrator is used to propose a frequency observer constructed based on the double-input improved second-order generalized integration principle, so that the system can realize accurate observation of frequency information under complex working conditions such as frequency disturbance and voltage three-phase amplitude imbalance. The simulation results show that the proposed method has a smaller overshoot of frequency observation under frequency disturbance and amplitude imbalance, and there is no oscillation of the observed value, which verifies its effectiveness and accuracy in the dynamic performance of frequency observation.
