变电站进线段在线监测装置地线取能方法研究

Research on Power-Tapping Method from Ground Wire for Online Monitoring Equivalent of Substation Incoming Section

摘要: 变电站进线段在线监测装置可监测输电线路的运行状态。针对变电站进线段在线监测装置的在线供电技术,利用EMTP-ATP程序仿真计算,对进线段的地线取能方式、取能功率及相关因素的影响、取能装置的雷电过电压水平进行分析。结果表明,进线段地线取能的功率水平较低,但通常可以满足在线监测的用电需求。在此基础上,结合各取能方式的功率水平、雷击过电压水平及工程可行性,确定了地线取能方式的基本原则。研究成果可为变电站进线段在线监测装置的就地取能工程提供技术参考。

Abstract: Online monitoring of substation incoming section can monitor the running state of transmission line. Aiming at online powering for the monitoring device of the incoming section, the method of energy-drawing from ground-wire, power, effects of concerned factors, and overvoltage of the device are analyzed with EMTP-ATP program. The results show that the power level of the energy-drawing from ground wire is rather small, but usually enough to meet the requirements of the online monitoring devices for power. On this basis, combining the power level, lightning strike overvoltage and engineering feasibility of the energy-drawing approaches, the basic principle for selecting the approach is determined. The research results could provides reference for the on-spot powering for online monitoring device of incoming section of the substation.
