Effect of CFRP/ Steel Lap Type on Performance of Lap Joint

摘要: 为了解纤维铺设方向对碳纤维增强复合塑料(carbon fiber reinforced polymer, CFRP)加固钢结构性能的影响,制作了steel/steel、0°/steel、90°/steel、0°/90°、90°/90°、0°/0° 6种接头试件,每种接头试件各5个。试件在常温常湿下养护7天后进行拉伸剪切实验,分析试件的破坏模式、极限承载力和荷载-位移曲线等,探讨接头形式对CFRP/钢搭接接头性能的影响。结果表明,含90°纤维的试件破坏形式为CFRP/钢界面破坏;0°/steel试件的破坏形式为CFRP/钢界面破坏;0°/0°试件的破坏形式为CFRP层间破坏;含90°纤维的试件中,同组试件的荷载-位移曲线形状相差较大,荷载与位移呈非线性变化;含0°纤维的试件中,同组试件的荷载位移曲线形状基本一致,呈线性变化;0°/0°试件的剪切强度最大,90°/90°试件的剪切强度最小。在粘贴CFRP进行加固时,应合理选择铺层方式。

Abstract: In order to understand the influence of fiber laying direction on the properties of steel structures strengthened by CFRP, steel/steel, 0°/steel, 90°/steel, 90°/0°, 90°/90° and 0°/0° joint specimens were made, and there were 5 joint specimens of each type. Tensile shear test was carried out after 7 days of curing at room temperature and constant humidity. The failure mode, ultimate bearing capacity and load displacement curve of the specimen were investigated to explore the effect of the joint type on the performance of CFRP/ steel lap joint. The results show that the failure mode of the specimens containing 90° fibers is CFRP/ steel interface failure. The failure mode of 0°/steel specimen is CFRP/ rigid interface failure. The failure mode of 0°/0° specimens is CFRP interlayer failure. For the specimens containing 90° fiber, the shape of load-displacement curves of the same group of specimens differs greatly, and the load and displacement change nonlinearly. For the specimens containing 0° fiber, the shape of the load displacement curve of the same group of specimens is basically the same, showing a linear change. The shear strength of 0°/0° specimens is the largest, and that of 90°/90° specimens is the smallest. When sticking CFRP for reinforcement, the layering method should be chosen reasonably.
