一种低电压应力和电感电流纹波的准Z源逆变器调制策略

A Quasi-Z-Source Inverter Modulation Strategy With Low Voltage Stress and Inductor Current Ripple

摘要: 准Z源逆变器相较于传统Z源逆变器有着结构简单、输入电流连续等优点,但基于简单升压控制的准Z源逆变器,存在功率器件电压应力大、准Z源网络电容电压大及电感电流纹波高的不足。选取简单升压控制中三相正弦调制信号最大值和最小值的平均值为均值信号,在三相正弦调制波中注入均值信号并用于准Z源逆变器的调制策略,这种调制策略能有效降低功率器件和电容的电压应力以及电感电流纹波。利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真和RT-LAB实验平台对这两种调制策略应用在准Z源逆变器上的综合性能进行对比,在理论研究基础上验证了所提调制策略的可行性和优越性。

Abstract: The quasi-Z-source inverter has the advantages of simple structure and continuous input current compared with the conventional Z-source inverter. However, the quasi-Z-source inverter with simple boost control has the problems of high voltage stress of power devices, high capacitor voltage of the quasi-Z-source network, and high inductor current ripple. In this paper, the mean signal is determined by averaging the highest and minimum values of the three-phase sinusoidal modulation signal in the simple boost control. Additionally, the mean signal is injected into the three-phase sinusoidal modulated waveform and employed in the quasi-Z-source inverter, which can effectively reduce the voltage stress of power devices and capacitors as well as the inductor current ripple. The comprehensive performance of the two modulation strategies applied to the quasi-Z-source inverter is compared by MATLAB/Simulink simulation and the RT-LAB experimental platform, and the feasibility and superiority of the proposed modulation strategy are verified based on the theoretical study.
