Collaborative Deployment Method for Communication and Cal‍cula‍tion Resources in Distribution Network Based on Economic-Utility

摘要: 针对配电网中涉及通信、计算的跨区域全生命周期处理流程,旨在科学评估给定通算资源集群面向新型配电业务流的资源充裕度,进而探明投资规模视角下通算资源部署的成本需求下限,提出一种基于经济效用的配电网通算资源协同部署方法。首先考虑业务等级构建多域通算资源在时延视角下面向新型配电业务流的充裕度评估模型,其次考虑部署成本设计预期资源充裕度约束的通算资源联合部署方法并求解,仿真结果表明所提方法可在保障资源充裕度的同时实现部署成本的合理控制。

Abstract: In addressing the cross-regional full-life cycle processing flow involving communication and computation in the distribution network, aiming to scientifically assess the resource sufficiency of a given communication and calculation resource cluster for new distribution business flow, and explore the lower limit of the cost demand of communication and calculation resource deployment under the perspective of investment scale, the paper proposes a collaborative deployment method for communication and calculation resources in distribution network based on economic-utility. First, considering the service level, a adequacy evaluation model of multi-domain communication and calculation resources for new distribution service flows is constructed from the perspective of delay. Subsequently, a joint deployment method of communication and calculation resources with an expected resource adequacy constraint is designed and solved with a focus on deployment costs. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves reasonable control over deployment costs while ensuring resource adequacy.
