风电场送出线距离保护误动原因分析及对策

摘要: 从一起现场发生的风电场送出线距离保护误动事故出发,从判据机理上分析线路距离保护的误动原因,并对该故障场景下的特殊保护行为进行对比分析。以此为基础,进一步通过现场故障录波回放、RTDS仿真测试等方式对当前主流继电保护厂家的距离保护装置开展性能测试并进行判据对比,分析得出风电场送出线对距离保护的影响机理,最终结合现场实际制定保护判据层面的应对策略。

Abstract: Starting from an on-site misoperation accident of the distance protection for a wind farm transmission line, this paper analyzes the causes of such misoperation from the perspective of criterion mechanism, and conducts a comparative analysis on the special protection behaviors under this fault scenario. On this basis, performance tests and criterion comparisons on the distance protection devices of mainstream relay protection manufacturers are further carried out through methods such as on-site fault recording playback and RTDS simulation tests. The analysis reveals the mechanism by which the wind farm transmission lines affect the distance protection, and finally corresponding strategies are formulated at the level of protection criteria in combination with on-site realities.
