新型电力系统下的调度智能平衡系统研究

摘要: 针对新型电力系统实时调度运行困难的问题,首先构建调度智能平衡系统,在系统智能平衡模式下,自动跟踪联络线功率偏差,同时结合超短期负荷预测数据,预测未来电力偏差量,并利用可调资源对未来趋势提前进行平衡控制;其次,结合计划向电力市场过渡阶段特点构建调度资源调峰代价函数体系,精准量化各类资源的调节能力;最后,以代价函数为基础,高代价调峰资源为边际条件,整体调节代价最低为目标构建日内计划滚动优化模型,形成满足最佳平衡方式的日内发电计划。通过算例仿真论证了所提智能调度方法的优越性,该方法能够实现新型电力系统中的源网荷储安全、经济、高效地协同互动。

Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty of real-time dispatching in new power system, an intelligent dispatching balance system is constructed in this paper. In the intelligent balance mode of the system, the power deviation of connection line is automatically tracked, and the future power deviation is predicted by combining the ultra-short-term load forecast data, and the balance control of the future trend is carried out in advance by using adjustable resources. Secondly, combined with the characteristic of the transition stage from planning to power market, the peak cost function system of dispatching resources is constructed to accurately quantify the regulation ability of various resources. Finally, based on the cost function, the rolling optimization model of intraday planning is constructed with the high cost peaking resource as the marginal condition and the minimum overall regulation cost as the objective, so as to form the intraday power generation plan meeting the optimal balance mode. An example is given to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed intelligent dispatching method, which can realize the safe, economical and efficient cooperative interaction of the source network charge and storage in the new power system.
