摘要: 介绍硫酸氢铵生成机理,指出硫酸氢铵对锅炉设备的危害,分析硫酸氢铵生成的影响因素,结合实际运行过程,研究超低排放改造后硫酸氢铵对锅炉设备的危害,并根据硫酸氢铵的特性提出具体控制硫酸氢铵生成量的方法。

关键词: 燃煤机组, 超低排放, 烟气脱硝, 硫酸氢铵, NH3/NOx摩尔比

Abstract: This paper introduces the mechanism of ammonium bisulfate generation, points out the harm of ammonium bisulfate to boiler equipment, analyzes the influencing factors of ammonium bisulfate generation, studies the harm of ammonium bisulfate to boiler equipment after ultra-low emission transformation, and puts forward specific methods to control the amount of ammonium bisulfate generation according to its characteristics.
