考虑调节成本的负荷聚合商策略性报价及其尖峰市场出清优化

摘要: 高比例新能源的接入使电力系统电源端不确定性增加、电量不平衡问题突出、负荷峰谷差不断加大。为解决尖峰时段电力供需不平衡问题,提出考虑调节成本的负荷聚合商策略性报价及其尖峰市场出清优化策略。首先,对负荷聚合商进行界定,并以电压等级、负荷曲线、单位功率调节成本和用户用电特性等特征对灵活资源分类。其次,分析各类终端用户负荷特点及调节潜力,对各类终端用户负荷调节成本建模,构建策略性报价模型,以负荷聚合商负荷调节成本之和最小为目标建立出清模型。最后,以某区域负荷聚合商参与典型尖峰需求响应场景为例进行算例分析,结果证明了所提方法的有效性、科学性。

Abstract: The access of high proportion of new energy makes the uncertainty of power supply increasing, the unbalance of power supply outstanding and the difference between peak and valley of load increasing. In order to solve the problem of unbalance of power supply and demand during peak hours, a strategic bidding strategy of load aggregator considering adjusting cost and its optimal clearing strategy in peak market are proposed. Firstly, the load aggregator is defined, and the flexible resource is classified according to the characteristics of voltage level, load curve, unit power regulation cost and power consumption characteristics. Secondly,the paper analyzes the characteristics and adjustment potential of various kinds of end-user load, establishes the model of load adjustment cost of various kinds of end-users, and constructs the strategic quotation model, to minimize the sum of load adjustment costs of load aggregators, a clearing model is established. Finally, a typical peak demand response scenario involving a regional load aggregator is taken as an example to demonstrate the validity and scientificity of the proposed method.
