准Z源逆变器的低谐波含量梯形调制优化策略

Optimization Strategy of Low Harmonic Content Trapezoidal Modulation for Quasi-Z-Source Inverter

摘要: 针对准Z源逆变器谐波污染和功率器件电压应力高的问题,提出一种基于梯形波的优化策略。该调制策略通过选取合适的梯形化率,在保证直流电压利用率的同时大幅降低准Z源逆变器输出电流的总谐波畸变率,从而提高电能质量。此外,选取梯形波作为调制波能有效降低准Z源网络中电容及功率器件的电压应力。采用MATLAB/Simulink软件对所提出的调制策略进行仿真分析,以确保其正确性和有效性。最后,通过RT-LAB实验平台对基于梯形波的调制策略进行进一步验证。

Abstract: :A trapezoidal waveform-based optimization strategy is proposed in this paper to address the problems of harmonic pollution and high voltage stress on power devices in quasi-Z-source inverter. The modulation strategy improves the electrical energy quality by selecting the appropriate ladder shaping rate while ensuring the voltage utilization of the DC-link voltage and significantly reducing the total harmonic wave deformation of the quasi-Z-source inverter output current. In addition, the selection of a trapezoidal waveform as the modulating waveform can effectively reduce the voltage stress on the capacitors and power devices in the quasi-Z-source network. The proposed modulation strategy is simulated and analyzed using MATLAB/Simulink software to ensure its correctness and effectiveness. Finally, the trapezoidal waveform-based modulation strategy is further validated by the RT-LAB experimental platform.
