On-Site Installation Method of Fault Warning Equipment for 252 kV High-Voltage Circuit Breaker

Abstract: In response to the high cost and poor real-time performance of traditional power outage detection methods for the operating status of high-voltage circuit breakers, an on-site installation method for a 252kV high-voltage circuit breaker fault warning equipment is proposed to achieve real-time monitoring and fault warning of the operating status of high-voltage circuit breakers. The on-site installation practice of the 252 kV circuit breaker fault warning equipment in a 220 kV substation in Jiangsu province has verified the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.
