摘要: 针对农村配电网的低电压问题,根据线路的“π型”等值电路的理论基础, 分析中低压配电网拓扑结构和接线形式,将“π型”等值电路的电压计算应用到中低压线路中,形成电压逐点计算的理论模型,根据电压逐点计算的理论模型,利用VC编程语言编制了一套科学实用、易于使用的低电压综合治理软件系统,便于基层技术人员及时判断本供电台区是否会出现低电压问题,从而提前做好建设与改造准备。该系统也为配电网建设改造方案的编制提供直接依据,以更准确地解决农村配电网的低电压问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low voltage in rural distribution grid, based on the theoretical basis of the π-type equivalent circuit of the line,the paper analyzes the topological structure and wiring form of the medium and low-voltage distribution grid, and applies the voltage calculation of the π-type equivalent circuit to the middle and low voltage distribution grid. In low voltage lines, a theoretical model of voltage point-by-point calculation is formed. According to the theoretical model of voltage point-by-point calculation, a scientific, practical and easy-to-use low-voltage comprehensive management software system is compiled using the VC programming language, which is convenient for basic level technicians to judge whether there will be a low voltage problem in the power supply area in time, so as to make preparations for construction and transformation in advance. The system also provides a direct basis for the compilation of the construction and transformation plan of the distribution grid to more accurately solve the low voltage problem of the rural distribution grid.
