基于集散式储能的供电质量提升调度方法和调控策略的研究

Research on Scheduling Method Control Strategies for Improving Power Supply Quality Based on Distributed Energy Storage

摘要: 为提高电力系统线路承载能力和电能质量,提出一种基于集散式储能的供电质量提升调度方法和调控策略。首先建立集散式储能调度方案,实现储能设备对电力系统承载能力改善由被动助力到主动支撑的变更。然后研究集散式储能集中状态调控策略和分散状态控制方法,并进行设备现场应用试验。结果表明,集中调控下设备可有效预防线路重过载及电力反送现象,可使台区峰谷差缩小37.6%;分散治理状态下,可有效治理局部供电能力不足问题。集散式储能调控策略可作为新型电力系统灵活调度资源,助力新型电力系统稳定运行。

Abstract: In order to improve the power system line carrying capacity and power quality, a power supply quality improvement scheduling method and regulation strategy based on distributed energy storage is proposed. Firstly, a distributed energy storage scheduling scheme is established to realize the change from passive assistance to active support of energy storage equipment in improving the carrying capacity of the power system. Then, the centralized state regulation strategy and decentralized state control method of distributed energy storage are studied,and equipment field application experiments are conducted. The results show that under centralized regulation, the equipment can effectively prevent the heavy overload of the line and the back transmission of power,and can reduce the peak valley difference of the substation area by 37.6%. Under decentralized governance,the problem of insufficient local power supply capacity can be effectively addressed. The distributed energy storage regulation strategy can serve as a flexible scheduling resource for the new power system, assisting in its stable operation.
